What special quality do you remember about you father? What words did he live by? What did he do in his free time?
Dad was honest. His word was his bond. He always sang in a church choir and I sang beside him in the Baptist Church in Scarsdale, NY when I became old enough.
Dad was on the scout committee when I was in scouts. As chairman of the advancement committee, he signed my Eagle card.
Dad was very organized and precise. He had a scientific mind. I remember him helping me clearly state some of the things I wrote in my doctorate thesis.
I really enjoyed the last 2 posts. There for awhile I thought you quit doing this blog. I'm glad you didn't. I love hearing all the stories and memories. Thanks.
